The Onboarding Specialist position is a talented individual that works well in a team setting and can keep up with a fast-paced environment with high volume recruiting and agent production. This role requires a candidate who is a resourceful, passionate leader that likes to learn and help others.
What will you do?
- Work with new agent hires, helping them navigate through onboarding and through their first 90 days
- Maintain a relationship with agents to keep them plugged into the Market Center
- Oversee planning, setup and execution of Market Center events
- Work closely with 3rd party vendors that partner with the Market Center
Knowledge/Skills
- Bright, energetic, detail-oriented individual who can work well under pressure
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain superb customer service at all times
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft office and all Google Suite Applications
- Superior communication skills both written and oral
- Self starter with quick problem solving skills
- Comfortable with evolving technology and able to understand current systems
- Ability to train in group and 1:1 settings for new initiatives and processes
- Skilled at delivering new content to real estate agents both new to the business and experienced
- Must be able to take initiative on office projects

Agent Concierge

The Agent Concierge position is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. This persons duties include answering and transferring phone calls to associates, sorting and delivering mail to associates and greeting visitors when they arrive to the office.
What will you do?
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and welcoming
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendar and schedule meetings

Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper position will be filled by a detail oriented, thorough and organized individual. This position will play a key role in managing the finances of our business, including creating financial transactions and generating relevant reports. This person will also collaborate and communicate with employees, vendors, and clients to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
What will you do?
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including posting information to accounting software and regularly reconciling accounts.
- Pay debts as they come due for payment, including necessary bills as well as supplier and vendor invoices
- Obtain necessary tax forms from new vendors
- Maintain the annual budget and chart of accounts
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy
- Issue financial statements
- Make deposits and record all cash receipts
- Process company payroll
- Distribute client invoices and ensure that receivables are collected in a timely manner
- Manage the office petty cash fnd
- Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system
- Provide administrative support to management when required
Requirements/Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Experience with accounting software
- Data entry
- Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized
- Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicator
- Strong time manager with respect for deadlines

- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401K, and bank accounts at the end of each month
- Monitor financial transactions and reports
- Process accounts receivable and payable
- Process Checks
- Understand ledgers and be able to handle all aspects of journal entries
- Balance legal IOLTA account
