Dawn joined KW Ellis County in 2017 and has a strong background in business and office management.  In her role as the Director of Operations, she assists agents in growing in the knowledge of their businesses and helps to ensure their businesses are running smoothly.  She enjoys celebrating with new agents as they close their first transactions, assisting agents grow their businesses and helping to serve and give back in the community.

Previously, Dawn has been the operations manager for a healthcare services firm and the director of operations for a financial management firm.  Dawn has a BBA in International Business from Sam Houston State University.

She grew up in Houston but currently lives in Midlothian with her husband and two sons.  She enjoys gardening, cooking, reading and serving at church.  Dawn loves spending time outdoors with her family!
