LaToya Bryant-Contreras has been in the real estate business for 7 years. She has a huge passion for helping others to achieve their goals and she services many areas of real estate including buyers, sellers, investors, commercial, and fellow real estate agents. Before real estate, LaToya has always worked in the customer service industry, as well as, traveled the world teaching music education with a performing arts group, being a substitute teacher and a tutor for WISD. She brings passion, knowledge, care, dedication, honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity in everything she does. LaToya prides herself in living, believing, and teaching the WI4C2TES, the KW Belief System. She has been the Culture recipient twice since joining Keller Williams Ellis County, once in 2019 and again in 2021. LaToya is one of our Contract Specialists who is there to help and serve agents in our market center. Also, she currently sits as the Ellis County Keller Williams office committee chair for Keller Williams Realty Social Equity Task Force. When LaToya is not involved in real estate, she spends her time volunteering on various committees in the WISD school district, the PTO, and at her daughter’s school in Waxahachie. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Alex Contreras, and daughter, Karla Contreras in finding their next classic vehicle to restore as a family hobby. LaToya’s mission in life is to impact as many people as she can in a positive way and to leave a legacy worth living, worth following, and worth believing.
